Jockfall is located about 45 kilometers north of the central town of Överkalix.
Approximately 29 people live here.
Jockfall is situated on the eastern bank of the Kalix River, near the beautiful Jockfall waterfall, which has a drop of 9 meters. Here, you can experience calm waters and a rushing river amidst magical nature. The only salmon ladder in the Kalix River is located at Jockfall.
Jockfall is a well-known salmon fishing mecca and is considered one of the best salmon fishing spots in Europe. During the summer, you will find fishermen from all over the world here.

To get to the central town of Bränna, you need a car. Currently, there is no public transport from any of the villages.
The village is equipped with fiber connection, making it possible to work remotely.
